Nickel-Cobalt-Aluminum oxide of Li-ion battery

NCA, a widely used cathode material for lithium-ion batteries, was characterized using Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy (KPFM). The work function was measured with a mean value of 4.9 eV, consistent with reference values typically ranging from 4.8 to 5.0 eV.
