Glassy carbon substrate was characterized by SECCM using a quartz nanopipette (~100 nm inner diameter), enabling high-resolution cyclic voltammetry (CV) mapping over an 82 µm×82 µm area with 2,500 measurement footprints.
The 2,500 CV measurements showed consistent electrochemical responses with minimal surface residue, producing localized footprints of 200 nm width and 15 nm height, demonstrating high spatial resolution and repeatability for large-area CV mapping.
