Time-lapse topography imaging reveals the mobility of living fibroblast cells
A live fibroblast cell was imaged using Scanning Ion Conductance Microscopy (SICM). Sequential topographical images reveal the mobility and shape changes of the living cell, with a peak-to-valley height variation of approximately 13 µm.
