Ps-b-PMMA Block Copolymer
This slide shows a Ps-b-PMMA block copolymer sample measured with PiFM.
The measurement reveals clear phase-separated domains, where chemical contrast from PiFM highlights the distribution of the polymer blocks.
This representative example demonstrates how PiFM provides both morphological and chemical information within a single nanoscale image.
