Physical Properties of Emergent 2D materials with AFM

Friday, March 29, 2019
10:00am-11:00am (CST) Beijing
*Note: This webinar will be presented in Mandarin/中文

In this webinar, the reporter will share some of the experience of using Park AFM (XE 100 and NX10). Since 2011, the reporter has used Park AFM as the main research tool, and made some interesting researches in the study of 2D material properties, the characterization of optoelectronic devices, and the exploration of novel 2D material electronic devices [1-5]. Park AFM is also a very important research platform in the reporter's laboratory (Zhejiang University) [6]. We will use these specific research cases to introduce the usage of Park AFM and its outstanding research performance.
