At the event, Mr. Phani Kondapani, Technical Engineer at Park Systems, will be presenting an in-depth look at the Park NX-Hivac, our newest high vacuum tool for Scanning Spreading Resistance Microscopy (SSRM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Phani's talk, titled SSRM Imaging of Semiconductor Devices with High Spatial Resolution and Electrical Sensitivity Using an AFM in Vacuum, is designed to give professionals in the field of semiconductor manufacturing failure analysis an eye-opening look at a brand-new tool uniquely suited to meet current and future applications challenges facing the industry.
